South Ayrshire Council have confirmed that Planning and Listed Building Consents for the reconstruction of Baltersan as a private residence club dwelling house have been renewed with effect from 3rd March, 2008.The Council reference numbers are 07/01437/FUL and 07/01435/LBC.
